لوحات تنبيهية (Attention Sign)

لوحات تنبيهية

• تهدف اللوحات إلى تنبيه الأشخاص الموجودين في المكان إلى اطفاء الأجهزة و الإضاءات قبل الخروج من المكان
• تم عمل التصميم والتنفيذ في فاب لاب الاحساء

Attention Sign

• The signs aim to alert people to turn off the devices and lights before leaving their place.

• Design and implementation were done in Fablab Alahsa.

:متطلبات المشروع

• برنامج تصميم ثنائي الأبعاد مثل (CorelDRAW, Adobe photoshop, Adobe illustrator, inkscape).
• (cm طول60 و عرض30cm ) , (لوح اكريليك ابيض) , بِسُمك 1.85 ملم
• آلة القطع بالليزر ( UNIVERSAL laser systems ( VLS3.50) )
• فرشة تلوين اسفنجية
• لاقط
• شريط لاصق مزدوج الجوانب
• ألوان اكرلك (أسود)

Project Requirements:

• 2D Design software like (CorelDRAW, Adobe photoshop, Adobe illustrator, inkscape)
• White acrylic, length 60 cm, width 30 cm, Thickness of 1.85 mm.
• Laser cutting machine like ( Gravograph, UNIVERSAL laser systems ( VLS3.50) )
• Sponge paint brush
• Tongs
• Double sided adhesive tape
• Acrylic colors (black)

التصميم:

• (Adobe illustrator) تم تصميم اللوحات باستخدام برنامج
• (CorelDRAW, Adobe photoshop, inkscape) كما بالإمكان استخدام أي برنامج تصميم آخر مثل

Design:

• The panels are designed using (Adobe Illustrator).
• Also, you can use any other design program such as (CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, inkscape).

خطوات التنفيذ:

• يتم فتح ملف التصميم المرفق باستخدام برنامج آلة الليزر
• اللون الأزرق يُستخدم لحفر الأطراف , اللون الأحمر يُستخدم للقطع , اللون الأسود يُستخدم للحرق

Implementation Steps:

• Open the attached design file using the laser machine software.
• The blue color is used for excavating the word edges, the red color is used for cutting, the black color is used for burning.

تجهيز الآلة:

• يتم تثبيت لوح الاكرلك الأبيض داخل آلة اليزر وشده إلى أعلى اليسار
• تشغيل مروحة الشفط

• تشغيل الآلة

Machine preparation:

• The white acrylic sheet is installed inside the laser machine and tightened to the top left.
• Turn on the exhaust fan.
• Run the machine.

حفر الأطراف:

• حفر أطراف الكتابة حتى نتمكن من إزالة الشريط اللاصق داخل الكتابة
• يتم ضبط إعدادات الطباعة من السرعة و قوة الليزر وسُمك الأكريلك كما هو موضح في الصورة المرفقة

Excavating the word edges by the laser:

• Excavating the word edges by the laser so you can remove the sticky tape inside the word before burning.
• Adjust the printing setting (speed, laser power, and acrylic thickness ) as shown in the attached picture.

إزالة الشريط اللاصق:

• أخرِج اللوح وأزِل الشريط اللاصق باستخدام اللاقط الموجود في المرفقات، بعد انتهاء الآلة من حفر أطراف الكتابة كما في الصورة المرفقة

Remove the sticky tape:

• Take out the board and remove the tape using the tongs included in the attachments, after the machine has finished excavating the word edges as shown in the attached picture.

حرق + قطع الكتابة

• ارجع اللوح إلى داخل الآلة مع ملاحظة شده إلى أعلى اليسار
• اضبط إعدادات الحرق و القطع كما في الصورة المرفقة
• أبدأ بالتنفيذ

Burn + cut

• Put the acrylic back into the machine, and tighten it to the top left.
• Adjust the settings for burning and cutting as in the attached picture.
• Start executing.

التلوين:

• اخرج القطعة بعد قطعها
• ضع قليلًا من اللون الأسود
• استخدم فرشاة التلوين الإسفنجية لتلوين الكتابة

Coloring:

• Take out the piece after cutting it
• Put a little bit of black on
• Use the sponge coloring brush to color the writing

التجفيف:

• بعد تلوين القطعة، ننتظرها إلى أن تجف

Drying:

• After coloring the acrylic, we wait for it to dry.

إزالة الشريط اللاصق:

• أزِل الأجزاء اللاصقة الباقية على لوح الإكرلك، بعد جفاف الشريط اللاصق.

Remove the sticky tape:

• Remove the remaining adhesive parts on the acrylic sheet, after the tape has dried.

التركيب:

• نستخدم شريط لاصق مزدوج الجوانب لتثبيت لوح الإكرلك على الجدار.

Installation:

• Use double-sided adhesive tape to fix the acrylic sheet to the wall.
