• تم تصميم وقطع التصاميم الرمضانية باستخدام آله الليزر داخل فاب لاب الأحساء

• يهدف التصميم إلى إضافة طابع الأجواء الرمضانية إلى المكان، كما بالإمكان وضعة على الجدار

Ramadan decorations:

• Ramadan decorations were designed inside Fab Lab Al-Ahsa and were cut using a laser cutter.
• The design aims to add the character of the Ramadan atmosphere to the place, and it is possible to put it in the wall.

:متطلبات المشروع

• برنامج تصميم ثنائي الأبعاد مثل

((CorelDRAW, Adobephotoshop, Adobe illustrator, inkscape))

• قطعة خشب (MDF, Plywood), بطول 60 سم وعرض 30 سم, وبِسُمك 2.4 ملم
• آلة القطع بالليزر مثل

(UNIVERSAL laser systems ( VLS3.50))

• ألوان اكريلك
• فرشاة تلوين
• صوف

Project Requirements:

• 2D Design software like (CorelDRAW, Adobe photoshop, Adobe illustrator, inkscape).
• Plywood or MDF wood, length 60 cm, width 30 cm, Thickness of 2.4 mm.
• Laser cutting machine like (UNIVERSAL laser systems ( VLS3.50)).
• Acrylic colors.----------
• Paint brush
• Wool

:التصميم ثنائي الأبعاد

• تم تصميم فانوس رمضان
• تأكد من وضع ألوان التصميم كما هو مرفق في الصورة، اللون الأحمر يستخدم للقطع, واللون الأسود يستخدم للحرق, والأزرق لحفر الأطراف على قطع الخشب
• (CorelDRAW, Adobe photoshop, inkscape) بالإمكان استخدام أحدى هذه البرامج للتصميم مثل
• ثم يتم حفظ الملف بواحدة من هذه الصيغ (pdf, dxf, ai)
• يمكنك تحميل الملف الموجود في المرفقات

2D design:

• Designing Ramadan lantern.
• Make sure to put the design colors as attached in the picture, the red color is used for cutting, and the black color is used for burning, and the blue color used for excaving the word edges on wood pieces.
• You can use one of these programs for design such as(CorelDRAW, Adobe photoshop, inkscape)
• Save the file in one of these formats (pdf, dxf, ai).
• You can download the file in the attachments

:التنفيذ

قطع الخشب بآلة الليزر

• يتم تثبيت لوح الخشب داخل آلة الليزر
• فتح التصميم باستخدام برنامج الآلة وضبط إعدادات القطع من قوة الليزر وسرعة الحركة وسُمك قطعة الخشب كما هو مرفق بالصورة
• التأكد من وضع اللون الأحمر للقطع واللون الأسود للحرق واللون الأزرق لحفر الأطراف

• بعد التأكد من الإعدادات والتصميم وتشغيل الآلة وفتح التهوية وفتح ضغط الهواء, أبدأ بالقطع

Execution:

Cutting the wood using the laser cutter:

• Install the wood board inside the laser machine.
• Open the design using the machine program and adjust the cutting setting (speed, laser power, and wood thickness ) as shown in the picture.
• Make sure to put the red color for the cut and the black color for the burn, and blue color for excaving the word edges .

• After confirming the settings, design, operation of the machine, opening the ventilation and opening the air compressor, start cutting.
