I disassembled a replica made out of plastic and rebuilt it with wood.
Disassambled

there are 13 peaces to the sword in total.
Handgrip

The bamboo pin holds everything in place. No glue needed.
These 2 Pieces Wood Are Glued Together. the Shape of the Sword Was Carved Out on the Inside.
