I love the idea of up cycling old and unwanted things so I decided to make some thing using recycled materials. After much thought and some time on the internet I decided to make something that is very helpful, but is recycled, so I came up with the mini green house that is made out of a recycled light bulb. So her it is, I hope you enjoy it, and please, please vote for me thank you.

first you will need to remove the bottom of the light bulb. Be extremely careful when doing this because the glass might break, as for the bottom because we're going green for this instructable you can recycle it.

inside the bulb there might be a piece of glass blocking the way, if so then lightly tap it with a screw driver or something to break it out. Make sure you wear safety gloves and goggles to protect yourself from broken glass.

scrape any glue away from the edges to make it look a bit cleaner.

here's the fun part cleaning the inside, this isn't sarcasm I had a lot of fun doing this part. Heat up some vinigar and poor it in to the light bulb then add some salt. Now stir slowly until the coating on the inside is gone . This step was fun for because it made my family stare at me in confusion as I mixed things together in a lightbulb.

in these next few steps I will explain how to make the plant holder and how to water.

cut a small strip of the paper towel and wrap it Around the plant as shone In the next few steps because the new editor wouldn't allow me to place the pictures in the specific order that I wanted.....:(

With the leather I was able to hold it closed, but to keep the leather on I tied some string around it.

here I tied two three foot pieces of rope and tied them together to tart making a net to be able to hang it up.

one thing that I forgot to add was that I cut two slits on both sides to allow it to breath. In the future I might use a clear bulb instead of a red one because it might affect how the plant grows.
