*plastic box
*Solar panel (in my case 12v 5W ≈ ±$10) - some good advice - buy a bigger one!
*Battery (in my case 12v 7ah ≈ ±$25)
*Solar charger (cmp 12 12/24v ≈±$8)
*Load sockets (i bought a set on eBay with two USB sockets and a car lighter socket ≈ don't remember price)
*Wires (i used a power cable and took out the wires
*fuzes (one 10A fuse is enough but used five just because they come in a pack. ( on eBay ≈ don't remember price)

*Most important - one sleeping baby!

With the soldering kit connect the diode to the Positive terminal (grey line to flow direction)
finish with the hot glue gun and make sure everything is covered.

This is a good time to think where you want to place each component in the box.
I made the mistake of connecting the battery last. i placed it in the far end of the box and now its not balanced when i carry it around.

To place the sockets i used a soldering pen to cut holes through the box and fitted the sockets.

Sorry for this terrible sketch (sleeping baby...)
I intend to put one more load option, a wire with an alligator snaps (if that's how you call it...)
