Simple Pencil and Paper Game

This is an easy game you can play with a friend with only a pencil and peice of paper.

Creating Your Army

Draw your soldiers. Each player gets two tanks they have a larger radius and can eliminate enemy soldiers near them but cannot be moved until each player has had ten turns. this game can be modified to your time span and interest but the idea will still be the same. I recommed starting with only nine soldiers so that you don't get bored.

Start Playing

so to move a soldier you must place the pencil on the dot and hold the pencil by putting your finger on the eraser. aim the tip the way you want to go and push it slightly down so that it creates a streak on the paper. As you move forward cross out the previous location of your soldier or simply erase it. This is how you move a soldier. to eliminate another enemy soldier you soldier must get close to him. So aim them to the enemy. Tanks can be taken out by five foot soldiers or one tank.

Play Mode

One way to play is capture the flag. Another is just a straight up deathmatch. I have chosen the former and usually play to five. you score by stealing the opposing team's flag and running back to your side without geting killed. This game can be played with pen and a good idea would be to play in different colors so that telling each team apart would be easier. if a soldier has a flag he is drawn with a small flag poking out from him. Tanks cannot pick up flags.

Improvise and Create

There is no wrong way to play this game. you can even create new classes of soldiers or create different time era versions. This is simply the way I was shown.
