really simple. take it apart. save the case, the faceplate, and the end of the tray

Assemble the Faceplate

just attach the tray end and the faceplate. also secure the button. i used my new 3d printing pen to weld them together but glue or jb weld should work too.

Cut the Clips

cut off the plastic retention clips on the top and bottom (leave the ones on the sides)

Cover the Back

anything to keep your things from falling into your computer and breaking fans or restricting airflow. i just used duct tape and covered the sticky part with paper so my things wouldn't get stuck to it.

Reassemble and Install

just screw the top and bottom of the case together and attach the faceplate. you can no longer screw the case together all the way because the internals are missing but if u want to snug down the screws just add a few washers

to open just press down on the side where the clip is and lightly pry the faceplate away in the middle u should hear a popping sound as the clip is released. now u have a place to keep your valuables/contraband that just looks like a disc drive in your computer.
