Enough 6mm composition board to make two 400mm x 400mm panels.

Four 40mm x 40mm x 250mm pine legs. These may be cut from a one meter length of 40mm x 40mm pine.

Sixteen small nails

Two large washers ... I used 32mm diameter "mudguard washers" each with a 6mm/0.25" hole. Enlarge this hole with a round file until a pencil slides freely.

Three 25mm threaded (3mm) radio spacers 

One 1.5mm drill for the cable holes

One 3mm drill for the 3mm bolts

One 10mm drill for the motor shaft clearance h oles.

Six 3mm by 6mm bolts for assembling the gondola

Twelve 3mm by 10mm bolts for mounting the motors

Three small "curtain eyes"
These act as the pulleys for the gondola cables

One small roll of 0.260mm (12lb / 5.45kg) nylon fishing line for the gondola cables.

This is probably the better option as it defaults to 16 times microstepping. If you choose this option then you will need to change the value for STEPS_PER_MM from 8 to 16.
