If Luci is not available. May be you are not connected directly to router but via another router
and Luci firewall blocks WAN port. I went from outside via fritzbox.  Need to go via direct cable to one of 4 router ports and 192.168.1.1  Allow everything in Luci firewall. Now can access router from outside.
