Italian Pugliese Bread
For this recipe you will need:
counter top mixer with mixing and dough hook atachment

kosher salt
rapid yeast
water

Starter Dough
First make the starter dough by adding of 2 1/2 cups flour and 1 teaspoon rapid yeast to mixing bowl, now add 1 1/2 cups water that is 110 degrees and mix for 1 minute, pour in bowl, and leave in fridge for about 12 hours.
Makeing the Bread
Add 2 1/4 cups flour along with 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt and 1 1/4 cups water to mixing bowl with dough hook atachment, then mix for 1 minute. Next take all of starter bread and add to mixing bowl then mix for 5 minutes. Let rise until tripled in size.
Baking the Bread
Bake the bread for 25 minutes at 400 degrees in greased bread pan, after 25 minutes stick sharp knife into center and if it comes out clean then it is done. ( if browning to much put foil on top)
