Zipties
ziptie pvc pipe to wood and ziptie pvc pipe to saporte
Hose and Hose Clamp
connect pvc pipe to hose with hose clamp
Sprinkler Raser
connect hose to sprinkler raser use lots of tape
Boatfloat
connect sprinkler raser to boat float
Final Step
TEST IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
IF BRAKES
look for air holes and cover it with tape
