Hot Wire Foam Cutting With a Arc Welder

in this video i show you how to cut a stack of fan fold insulation with an arc welder.in the video i am using 3/32'' thick wire at 90 amps on a Lincoln ac stick welder. This can be used to cut any type of foam, in any length. one thing i would recommend is holding your wire tight until it cools.that way you get a straighter cut the second time.
