first we need to cut the headphones up. Mine conveniently popped out and all I had to do was cut the casing with my dremel. this aloud me to pull the cable out of the case

be carful not to cut the cords!!!

(I used the high speed cutter on the dremel)

you now need to find where the headphones will go in the brim. Put the beanie on and find your ear. then slide the phones into the brim. Are they comfortable? mark this spot with some chalk. (sorry i don't have any photos :( next cut a piece of fabric to the size of the headphone. get under your brim and start sewing. all you need to do is to sew the sides of the fabric. this will create a pocket for the phones. and then do it for the other side.

Finish It Up

now you are almost done before you finish you need to poke a big enough hole in the bottom of your hat. it could go any where you like, Front, Back, or the Sides. ( in the picture is is sort of hard to see but it is there.) now you use your tape to tape the wires to the headphone so that it doesn't break. I learned this the hard way. If you want to you can tape the strands together like a Y so that they stay together.
Now you are Done!!
Go Rock Out!!
