Giftcard Wallet

ever wondered what to do with those used up starbucks giftcards? well, here's a pretty cool way to get rid of em.

Preparation

you will only need a few materials for this project, as it is very simple. all you will need is: a pair of scissors, 3-4 giftcards, and a roll of tape(preferably black electric tape).

Assembly

next, line up your giftcards as shown below, and then, as shown in the second picture, flip them over.

Taping

IMG_0144.jpg
All you have to do is tape these together like in the picture. Now they should fold inward.

Folding

here is the first one i made. as you can see, the second picture is of how it should fold inward

Ok, now get your 4th card and cut it into thirds(shown below as picture 1 and 2).

Frame

next, open back up your origanal 3 taped together cards(1st picture).heres the tricky part... get your 3 parts from the one you cut up, and outline the bottom and left side of the three(shown in picture 2).

Frame2

now that you have seen how the frame should go on, you have to tape it. start with the left side. tape one of the thirds onto it. as shown on the left of picture 1 and 2, you should now have a flap.

Frame3

now that you have made the left side, its time to work on the bottom.(in the picture, the left flap is folded down.)ok, so now you have to cut the bottom flap on the line where the two giftcards connect(for me it is bettween the two red ones).as shown in picture 2.

Frame4

now the bottom flap should fold, as it has to when the wallet folds up(picture 1). next, tape the bottom flap to the bottom from the inside(picture2)now both flaps should fold up(picture 3). now, (in the bottom left corner) tape together the bottom flap and the left flap(picture 4). and now it should hold money pretty well(picture 5). (but if you want you can still add a flap to the bottom right side)

EnD!!!!!!!
