Extend the flashlight and twist while pulling the front of the flashlight to remove the body of the flashlight from the led. Then pry the circuit board off.
Trim the matches so they will fit inside the small cavity. Then put the pills, matches and anything else you want into the cavity.

Reassemble the top then tape the paper clip bit onto the $5. Wrap the bill around the battery and wrap the fishing line around the bill. Put them into the flashlight and then reassemble the flash light. Check to see if the flashlight works and now your done.
