Cupcake Spangled Banner
With 4th of July coming up I wanted to honor our troops with an Americana item. I also wanted to win an iPad 2; so, I decided to make an American Flag out of cupcakes.
The Ingredients
You will need:
-mini cupcake wrappers (60)
-mini cupcake sheet tin
-blue icing
-red icing
-white icing
-edible glitter stars
-cake mix

The Red, the White, and the Blue
Make 60 mini cupcakes and ice 9 of them blue, 24 of them red, and 27 white. Arrange the cupcakes as shown below and add some edible stars to the blue cupcakes.
