Cupcake Liner Decoration

Here's a simple DIY project to make with cupcake liners. I think foil ones work best!

You will need 10 of each color or 20 of one color

Flatten out each liner and stack, alternating colors

Staple your 20 liners in the middle

Fold in half

Cut slits, about 1/2" apart towards the middle, but don't go all the way through.

Unfold and fluff out your decoration

Top off a gift with your cupcake liner decoration or string them together for a fun banner
