took a schwinn frame designed for a 6'5" or taller person and cut frame down under the seat post, heated the top bar up to bend it down 6 inches after removing 6 inches from the vertical bar under the seat. after doing that rewedding the a frame back up and the rotating the rear suspension inward to reattach. oddly enough its still very well balanced

The second picture is an Autocad model of the bike before modifications and the 3rd picture shows the modifications made to the bike in a modeling situations. these models were used to mock up the bike seen in teh pictures to be cut and rewedded to fit the rider
