(brand Removed) Trash Keg!

What to do with those empty draught kegs!

You will need :
hammer
angle grinder
(brand removed) draught keg

this step can be completed with friends if so desired

depressurize the keg by leaving tap in the pour position for a few minutes to get rid of the rest of the C02, prevents problems later on. now rip the tap out of the container, now you will need your hammer to remove the outside plastic ring.

this is the fun part, grab your angle grinder and grind all around the rim of the keg making sure you grind until you see a line separating lid from can, now take your hammer and give one side of the lid a good whack to knock it out.

pull lid up and out of keg, there is some nice tubing you may wish to salvage, now to remove the co2 cartridge simply grab and twist it to break the glue and leave you wit a nice empty keg
