hey there! what i made today was an automated lamp.
this particular circuit activates an led bulb automatically when light. when the path of light to the ldr is blocked.

Materials You Need-

Electronic components you need-
transistor 2n3904
resistor 10k ohm
ldr (light dependant resistor )
white led light
battery 9v and a battery cap.
pcb.

tools and equipment needed-
soldering iron
soldering wire
nipper
wet sponge
multimeter
flux
etc.

other extra equipment -
solder fume extractor.

take your 2n3904 transistor and then solder its collector lead to the possitive or the longer lead of a white led.

A Very Warm Welcome to the Ldr.

take your ldr and solder its any of the side to the negative terminal or the shorter lead of the led and the ldr's other leg to the base of the transisitor.

Here Comes the Resistor-

Now take your 10k oh resistor and solder its one of the leg to base of the transistor and other to the emitter of the transistor.

Finnishing and the Battery Cap.

Now take a 9v battery cap and solder its black or the negative wire to the point where negative terminal of the led and ldr are soldered , and the red or the possitive wire to the point where the emmiter of the transistor are soldered.

Testing and Hot Glueing.

now take your 9v battery and then attach it to your battery cap and see it working. (IN THE IMAGE I HAVE KEPT MY FINGER ON THE
LDR TO BLOCK THE PATH OF LIGHT )
