just cut 2 cardboard rectangles roll them as the first image (one smaller) and put them together then in the front of the cannon add a small rectangle just to cover the hole and tape all

with a hobby knife cut two pieces in which the belt can pass (2nd image) and thats all (I suggest a leather belt)

I choose brown but use any color
