-There are likely multiple combinations of chargers and batteries that work. These are the ones I use. The battery matters less than the connector since they'll only vary in weight and battery life. If you get a different battery make sure it's 1.5v.

Here are the printing orientations I use. I've printed this on an Artillery Genius in PLA. My slicer is Superslic3r and I use some very basic 0.2mm profiles. The main points are to use "External Perimeters First" on the Bottom piece and I'd also suggest you "Avoid Crossing Perimeters".

I print the top piece at 75 degrees tilted.

I manually paint supports mainly and I would avoid automatically generated ones unless you set the parameters yourself.

Your slicer settings may vary.


I've included some pictures before and after cleaning up the print with a deburring tool. They're cheap and useful. I'd recommend grabbing one and doing the same.


I have included STEPs of the side buttons in the event you want to make them stick out more or less.

The order for assembly is as follows:

Magnets

Side Button PCB. Take care to move the wiring through the path in the provided pictures as it can get in the way.

You'll use 10 magnets. 6 go on the bottom piece, 2 go on the top piece, and 2 go in the battery holder.

I recommend you double check which side they're all facing and then once verified glue them in place to avoid any rattle.


As far as screws go you'll need to put the G305 PCB into place slowly, from the front first. Screw into each Side Button and the two holes in the Top piece as well. I screw it in as far as it goes and then back them out around 1-2 turns. You'll want to play with this distance to adjust pre-travel on each switch.


When doing this process you'll want to remove the side button PCB. It can be difficult, so use something as a level under the front and push up gently (I used flush cutters in the picture).
