Yummy ABC Soup

This is one of my son's favorite soup and I love it too because it's really easy to make. I like this kind of pasta that is made with vegetables and wheat but it works the same with regular pasta. The only one I have found slightly different is with gluten free pasta as it tends to over cook very easily.

200 gr letters pasta

200 gr of tomato sauce

5 cups of water

1 tablespoon of powdered chicken bouillon

2 tablespoons of oil

Put the oil and the pasta in a hot cooking pot. Stir with a spoon constantly until the light ones get a golden look.

Immediately pour the water in the cooking pot, the tomato sauce and chicken bouillon and stir lightly.

Cover it with the lid and let it boil for around 10 minutes.

You will know it's ready when the pasta has grown and when you bite a letter it's tender. Serve it hot and enjoy!
