Yogurt Sweet Bread

This is a recipe for making a great and spongy sweet bread.
You can have it for breakfast or dessert, with milk, frosting or with nothing.
Ingredients

- 7 eggs
- 2 yogurts
- 1 cup of oil
- 3 cups of flour
- 2 cups of sugar
- 4 tsp of baking powder
- 1 tbsp of vanilla extract
Utensils
- 3 large bowls
- 2 bread molds
- Parchment paper
- Sifter
- A spoon
- Measure cups and spoons
- Hand mixer

Preheat the oven at 440°F.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks, and set the withes apart.

Mix the liquid ingredients in one bowl, and sift the dry ingredients in another separate bowl

Combine the dry ingredients to the liquid ingredients' mixture, and blend them together.

Whip the egg whites to stiff peaks with a hand mixer

Incorporate the egg whites to the hole mixture, and pour it into the buttered molds.

Lower the oven temperature to 360°F, and put the molds inside, for about 40 minutes.
To check if it's done you could use a toothpick to see if it's done, if no, leave it until the toothpick comes out clean.
