I was searching around Instructables for yogurt filled popsicles and I couldn't find anything! So I decided to make an Instructable of how I would do it. Enjoy.

Ingredients

1 chilled watermelon
2 vanilla yogurt cups

What I used:
Popsicle molds

Spoon

Place the diced watermelon into the Bullet or blender and place half of one of the little cups of vanilla yogurt in too, then blend well, so that the mixture is very liquidy, therefor no solids in it.

Pour Mixture Into Molds

Pour the mixture into the molds and put into freezer and the trick to the yogurt filling is that you can't have the popsicle freeze all the way wait till its partially frozen so its just about to get hard. This is very important.

Carve Out the Insides

Carve out the insides of the popsicles and fill with the remaining yogurt. Then cover them again with the inside that you carved out and put them back in to freeze fully.

Remove From Freezer and Enjoy
