Yanagiba Sushi Knife

To make good sushi need cut with precision so need a good sharp knife YANAGIBA this is my yangiba for my personal sashimi chef.

need:

good iron for knives

good wood for handle

cutting grinder

First chose the side of sharp edge right or left (this project for right yanagiba)

make the handle in a single pice of hard wood (pangapanga)

Making the knife sheath need a block I make a spike of wood an leather all the pieces of wood were painted with cooked linseed oil

Making the box good knife need good box
