For foodies the ongoing quarantine period could be a bit of challenge. While eating out is not possible, and most of us are avoiding takeaway options of whatever is available due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. To satisfy these we have to try new recipes in our home.
Today I am going to share Yummy Pudding Cake that we can easily prepare in our home without oven. Usually we are preparing the cake using Flour. Here I am using bread as a substitute for flour. Let see the preparation.

Take a bowl, add butter and whisk smoothly.

In a cake tin grease with butter and place the butter papper.
For baking the cake I use Steaming method
In Induction Stove place large iron kadai and pour water.
Pre-heat for 10 minutes and place the cake tin with stand.(Here I use idly pot plate as a stand)
Cover the cake tin with a plate tightly.
Then close the iron kadai with lid and cook it for 25 minutes.

Let cool the cake and remove it from the tin.
