Welcome to my Instructable on how to make a Xbox One Controller! Note: This is my best recreation of my best ability and skills with 2 weeks of knowledge in fusion 360.

Supplies

What we are going to need for this build is the dimensions of the Controller. I found these dimensions on

Xbox One Controller Dimensions. And we are going to need to open up Fusion 360.

Outline

The first thing to do is to make an outline for the controller. This outline will set a base for how big the controller will be. After that make a rough sketch of the controller side. Then you can add a picture of the dimension to basically the side to match it. Fill up the sketch with the spline tool. Try your best to make your own outline it doesn't have to be perfect just something that looks like a controller.

First Extrude

After you make an outline you are going to want to extrude it. Make it a good size.

Make Buttons

You are going to want to figure out how to make the buttons and extrude them however you want either like a controller or like your own controller.

Make Thumbsticks

You want to sketch a thumbstick out and extrude it using the extrude and then cut around it and make it look like a real controller.

Make D Pad

Make a plus with a sketch then extrude it out of the controller at a slight angle then make a small circle around behind it to make a D pad looking button.

Triggers

This part is hard so there is a lot of creativity with this. What you are going to want to do is to sketch out the triggers and either make them blocky or shaped but making it shaped is hard so I'm going to make them blocky. Sketch them out around the top of the controller and then extrude them with a triangle type shape. then make a smaller one in front of it.

You can change it how you like it but I like it how it is and you can smooth it out or move the buttons around. If you want you can round the corners and make it look more like a rounded controller but I'm making my own type of controller. The picture I have attached is a idea of how you can add to it and make it look like a xbox controller.
