Wrist Support for Mouse

I decided to create this portable Carpal Tunnel protected wrist support for a Mouse pointer so that the mouse can be carried without carrying the mouse pad everywhere as well as function as protection from Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

Supplies

  1. Plastic container for a smartphone/electronic device.
  2. Pair of scissors.
  3. Tape
  4. Staple-pin.

Cut Out a Piece From Plastic Container

  1. Cut out a small piece from the container such that the piece has an elevation and it is able to provide spring (elastic) support for the wrist when placed on the table. (Test it)
  2. Remove any sharp edges.
  3. Paste the piece to the bottom back of the mouse using tape.
  4. Extend or reduce the piece length as per requirement.

Use the Pointer With Ease!

  1. Use the pointer placing the hand normally and the wrist as aligned automatically with the support.
