World of Warcraft Stuffed Animal From Papercraft

How to make a WoW stuffed animal from paper craft. This project was inspired from my new media art class in making a piece of interactive art. My cat contained a squeaky toy.

You will need:
Material
Stuffing and beanie craft beans
thread
needles
scissors
pencil
glue
pins
papercraft

Find some paper craft that you like! I found this cat from the unoffical world of warcraft papercraft site. It was helpful because it had numbered tabs and edges. I also resized all the pieces by 200% on photo shop to make it easier to sew together. print out an extra set of plans of paper craft to put together so you don't get lost.

Cut along the edges and white tabs.

Turn material upside down and place the paper piece upside down on top of the material.
Use some sewing pins to hold it in place as you trace along the edges in pencil.

Cut along the lines you just made.

When you have finished cutting it out mark where the tabs were to help you in the sewing process.

When you have cut out the the material it is helpful to put together that piece in paper to see how to sew it together.

Line the bottom of the white tabs with the fabric edges

Use pins to keep the fabric in place. Sew along the line.

Sew all the tabs. make sure to follow the paper craft closely so it turns out right.

This was apart of the tail.

Once you have sewn all the pieces together leave a spot open to add the stuffing.
I made my cat into a beanie with only the head stuffed with stuffing.
