Workbench Casters for Jet Lathe

I was pushing my Jet lathe just to clean up the shavings. I decided to order four wheels that rise up and down for moving a work table from Amazon. When I got them I needed to come up with a way to install them on the lathe. I use a 1x4” wood to be the mounting media. After a month I heard a pop and the wood mount had cracked. I decided to use a metal brace instead. Since I could not find the size I needed, I found a framing brace that was the right width and length. So for $14 I got the brace. I took the wooden brace and made a copy onto the metal bar. I was able to get the four units I needed for the project.
I have included the PDF on how I did this project.

I got the framing brace at Lowes in the deck and framing material. 3 1/4" x 17" heavy duty brace for about $15.
You can use hack saw or any other media to cut the framing steel bar.
