This is a work of patience, the wood is worked with the files until the shapes that are needed are achieved.

The stand has 2 positions: vertical and horizontal.

For the vertical, the stand has a hole so that the sound from the speaker is amplified.

Supplies

  • Chisels with different tips
  • Wood files
  • Sandpaper
  • Gloves
  • Varnish

First

The wood is worked little by little to make the shapes that are needed.

First, the cut is made for the vertical position, because it must be analyzed that when tilting the phone it does not fall. The piece of wood is: 88mm (length) x 65mm wide x 39mm thick.

Second

The cut is made for the horizontal position. This position is shallower, so the entire screen is visible

Third

The entire piece is sanded and tested to see if the cell phone fits

Fourth Step

sorry but I missed the photos of this step.

First mark where the cell phone speaker is located when I place it upright.

With one of the chisels, I made a hole that covers the entire speaker and then I made a larger hole from the front of the stand, so that the sound comes out.
