Howdy Y'all

Today we going to learn how to make a flag using spare material.

BUT not any kind of flag "HELL NO" we'll gonna do the most chingona flag in this beautiful country.

Supplies

---And what do we going to need.

*spare wood

*a drill

*Table saw

*miter saw

*drywall screws 6 x 1 1/4

*gloves

*wood glue ( damn I found this one with one gorilla in the label … not sure if they used gorillas instead of horses to made it but looks great)

*wood shape stars ( from the hobby lobby)

*wood stain

*sand paper No 80 & 400

*Polyurethane Clear gloss (optional)

*Beer ( optional if you're under 21)

*AND YOUR MITTS

MARK EACH PLACE WITH THE DRILL AND SAND IT TO CLEAN THE SURFACE

4 short stripes (60.5 cm x 4.5 cm)

3 long stripes ( 100 cm x 4.5 cm )

1 big square. (39.5 x 31.5 cm )

recommend use gloves

Distribution:

start with one short stain stripe and then one clear ( like the second image)

use glue to attach them with each other.

*screw the 2 pieces ( 58.5cm X 4.5 cm) on the short sides ( image 6 - 8)

*screw the pieces

*2 pc (angles) 55 cm x 4.5 cm

*2 pc (angles) 105.5 cm x 4.5 cm

*1 pc (angle) 15 cm x 4.5 cm

( I know... it could be better and nicer but this was my first project of this kind)

use painters tape to hold the stars

apply the Polyurethane Clear gloss

wait "till get dry

use the sand paper ( No 400) to fix the surface

take the glue and put each star on the marks of the big square.

Get an attachment accessory and attach it on the back of your flag.

and voilà your flag is ready.

enjoy it.
