Wood Play Box for Kids Creativity
Are you always worried about the safety of your baby boy? Do you want your kid to be safe when he plays? Do you want a space where you can collect all his toys and let him play? You are a mum, then! So am I!
Why PlayWood?
I was always worried because I was afraid my baby boy could tumble in the few seconds I was doing something else. So I start thinking about a project I could realize by myself to let him play in a safe space.
Considered all those things and all my needs, I decided to create a play box made of wood, where he can play and develop his creativity in the safest way possible.
Thanks to the PlayWood assembly system, I created this box in few, simple steps and I think that’s awesome! I started my project early in the morning and as he woke up he had a brand new play box, where he can learn and use all his toys taking me away some anxiety.
What Do I Need?
This is one of the most simple DIY projects I created thanks to the PlayWood Connectors.
In order to build this box I used: - 4 wooden panels with a thickness between 16 and 19 cm ( ¾” and ⅞”) and for instance, I decided to create my project with boards made of fir layers wood - 8 PlayWood Connectors 90°
How Do I Build It?
The project is very simple to assemble: I joint all the wooden boards with two connectors, one on the top and one on the bottom per each side.
I think my kid is super lucky because he now has a place where he can freely play and once he’ll grow up we can re-arrange the materials and build something different or enlarge the existing box, on the basis of our future needs.
What Are You Waiting For?
I am glad I had the chance to develop this DIY project: it was easy, cheap and fast. What’s best for a new mum?
