Wood Cup Coaster

I made this cup coaster from Ipe wood, here you can see the video how i did it.
CNC




First i made in my CNC Router the big circle and then engrave my logo.
Cutting


Next step was cut all sides in the miter saw!
Holes

Now i make the holes for brass inserts whit a forstner bit.
Sanding


Sanding with 220 grit a then spray some black tint.
Brass


Chopping the brass and gluing with super glue
Sanding


Sanding the brass in the belt sander with 80 grit, then hole piece with a hand sander in 120, 240 and 320 grit, and finally by hand with 400 grit.
Finishing


To finish I used mineral oil.
