Sculpture: Head Trophy Using 3D Scanning and CNC Milling

This piece is from a series of Woman Head Trophies.
3D Scanning

I 3D scanned my model using the Microsoft Kinect and the Skanect Software.
3D Scan to Milling

I took the 3D scan from the Skanect software. Since i was using a 3 Axis CNC Router, I had to split the model in multiple parts and mill them separately to be able to get a complete form.
Finishing

The separately milled pieces of foam were glued and coated with plaster, then were sanded and painted.
