D4E1 - the Juggle Board Connection Tool #WOESH #IPO #Howest #circus

Juggle board connection tool WOESH

The product is an auxiliary tool that can be used with the famous juggle boards by American Craig Quat. The juggle boards are mainly used and known in the juggling world (youth circus schools) and the therapy world (occupational therapists, psychomotor therapists, ...).

This tool allows the boards to be used in multiple ways, thus stimulating the user's creativity. The tool allows the boards to be placed at different angles of inclination. In addition, the boards can be placed at perpendicular angles to each other, allowing a cross, circle or other shape to be constructed. The various possibilities are endless, allowing for play with a single individual as well as a small group.

The great advantage for the teacher or organizer of the lesson is that the tool can be used as a handle. This makes the package easy to carry and transport. The package is compact and not heavy, so this is not an inconvenience during use.

The purpose of this tool are to expand the capabilities of The juggle boards and make it more user friendly. This is done through the easy and compact transport possibility, the adjustable slope angle and the structures that can be formed.

LASERCUT ARRANGEMENT

Picture1.jpg

This is the best optimised way to arrange a complete set of parts on a poplar plywood sheet measuring 600 x 450 mm.

This optimal arrangement allows a complete set to be manufactured per plywood board, while minimising material loss.

This efficient arrangement ensures that each sheet is used to its maximum capacity, leaving hardly any residual material and making the production process both cost-effective and sustainable.

In this way, it is ensured that each plywood panel is used in the most economical and environmentally friendly way. The design of the blocks to regulate the height have been slightly changed due to ergonomical issues, but that doesn’t change anything about the layout.
