The wire holder can be used on its own, however, I designed it to be part of the Ultimate Assortment Cabinet I made on another instructable.

Its made to hold 25ft spools of 22 gauge wire and it can be printed under 5 hrs and with no supports.

Since I used black PETG it's kinda hard to see so I've included renders.

Supplies

To make it you'll need:

  • A 3d printer, I used my ender 3 with the stock nozzle.
  • The STL files provided in this instructable.
  • Some filament, I used PETG but you can use whatever works for you.

To print the holder you'll need to orient the parts like I did in the picture, the screw (red part on the render) has to be set flat side on the bed while the holder (green part on the render) has to be set with the hole pointing upwards.

I printed with no supports.

Assembly

To assemble the wire holder just put your wire spool and thread it through the hole, then screw the cap and you're done.
