Winter Haven Makeup Tutorial

When I think of Winter, one of the colors I think of is blue. Recently I've been wearing a lot of blue eyeshadows, so I wanted to do a tutorial on this Winter Haven makeup look.

If you're not sure how to wear blue eyeshadow and are afraid of having it up to your eyebrows, this look is PERFECT for you! I find it to be very wearable especially if you keep the lips neutral and have the eyes as the main focus.
