Why You Always in the Mood?
Introducing the Mood Light! This is a simple mood light using RGB LED with potentiometers to control the colors of the light. Multiple scientific studies show light produces more than just visual effects (image, form, strength, vision, contrast, and so on); it also produces biological and psychological effects that can have an effect on human health and well-being. Light actually has an effect on us biologically, it will enhance or damage our sleep, memory, and general well-being. It will boost our mood and regulate our circadian rhythms, allowing us to sleep more and longer. Light can reduce depression ratings and also improve cognitive function such as response time and activation. People who are depressed should be able to use this product effectively. Using lights as therapy is called light therapy. Light therapy is a method of treating seasonal affective disorder (SAD) and other disorders through the use of artificial light. SAD is a form of depression that appears only once a year, normally in the fall or winter. During light therapy, you sit or operate in close proximity to a system known as a light therapy box.

Designing the Circuit
Before making the actual product you should always follow a design. I have provided a design here in this picture.

Making
Here is when the designing process pays off simply follow the design and plug the materials into the Arduino Leanardo and breadboard.
Coding
This step has been done for you via this link. When you have finished all the hardware download this code and open it by using Arduino. Simply upload it and watch it work.
The Box
Make a cover for your whole circuit covering all of the hardware except the potentiometers and make an opening for the RGB LED. Of course you can make a more aesthetically pleasing box than mine.
Enjoy!
