Whole Grain Macaroni With Spinach and Parmesan Sauce
This recipe is a weekly basic in my house. When I tell my daughter that she is going to eat green macaroni she can not stop smiling.
I recommend the recipe for those children who have problems eating vegetables. Its green color is vibrant and very appetizing and it tastes delicious. But do not think adults do not like this recipe. We love it!
Ingredients
- 7oz fresh spinach
- 12oz whole grain macaroni
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 cup grilled parmesan
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- salt
Supplies

Blending the Spinach Sauce
