White Chocolate Hazelnut Iced Coffee
This White Chocolate Hazelnut Iced Coffee is the perfect beverage to get you up and running in the morning! The perfect flavor blend of sweet, strong, and nutty. This drink is quick to make and tastes great!
Supplies
Ingredients
- Coffee beans (if you plan to grind them yourself!)
- White chocolate chips (about 1/4 cup)
- Hazelnut creamer
- Milk (I use almond milk)
Other Things You Need!
- Food processor (or a coffee bean grinder if you have one)
- Coffee dripper (coffee filter works)
Grinding Coffee Beans
(Disregard this step if you are using already ground coffee beans)
Grind about 1/2 cup of coffee beans in a food processor. Use an electric bean grinder if you have one. The finer the better (it is tougher to grind with a food processor, but possible ;).
Drip That Coffee!
Place your coffee grounds into a dripper or a coffee filter. I use both as it makes the drip time even slower. The slower the better, as the hot water will have more time to absorb the coffee flavor from the ground beans. Drip about 8 ounces of coffee per serving...almost an entire mug (depending on size)
White CHOCOLATE!
While your coffee is still HOT, pour in the white chocolate chips (1/4 cup). Stir well to incorporate the white chocolate chips, you don't want chunks and bits of chocolate floating around your coffee!
Add Creamer and Milk
Add ice to your coffee to cool it down. Poor the cooled coffee into a glass and add hazelnut creamer as well as milk. I use almond milk to add to the nutty flavor of the coffee. Pour about 1 part creamer and 1 part milk to every 3 parts of coffee. Add more ice if necessary.
Finished!
Stir and have a drink! Hope you enjoyed this instructable, if you did, please give it a vote in the Coffee Challenge!
