Today I will be making White Chocolate Chip Pancakes from scratch.

Supplies

flat griddle pan, measuring cup, whisk, 2 cups all-purpose flour, 3 tablespoon sugar, 2 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, half teaspoon salt, 2 cups buttermilk, 3/4 cup of butter, 2 eggs 1 tablespoon vanilla extract, one cup white chocolate chips, 1 large and medium mixing bowl, a spatula, and cooking spray.

Mix Dry Ingredients

Put sugar, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, in the large mixing bowl and mix together.

Mix Liquid Ingredients

Put buttermilk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla in the other medium bowl and mix. The butter may melt while you mix. If that happens just put it in the microwave for about 1 minute.

Mix Everything Together

Now pour the liquid mixture into the large bowl with the dry mixture and mix with a whisk. Gently stir in the white chocolate chips.

Heat a large non-stick griddle pan to medium heat. Coat the pan with butter. Use 1/3 cup measuring cup to pour batter into pan. Cook pancakes until bubbles start forming at the top and the edges start to brown. This should be about 2-4 minutes. Using a large flat spatula flip the pancake, cook for another 2-3 minutes. Repeat until all the batter is used. Optional: You can put syrup on it.
