White Chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut Cookie

two of my favorites - macadamia nut and white chocolate. Here's a receipe for a white chocolate chip macadamia nut cookie. Makes approx. 4 dozen cookies.

Materials:

2 sticks of butter – unsalted

¾ cup granulated sugar

¾ cup brown sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp. vanilla extract

2 ½ cups flour

1 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. baking powder

1 ½ bags (15 oz.) Macadamia Nuts – Dry Roasted & Unsalted

1 ½ bags (15 oz.) White Chocolate Chips

Cream the butter, and then mix in the sugars, eggs and vanilla extract.
Mix flour, baking soda & baking powder together.

Add flour mixture into the butter mixture.
Stir in the macadamia nuts and white chocolate chips.

Make tablespoon size ball with the cookie dough & bake at 350 degrees for approx. 15 minutes.
