Every year when Halloween rolls around these chocolate covered bones are one of the most requested treats in my house.

Luckily for me, these super fun treats are super easy to make!

Gather Your Ingredients

You'll only need a few things -

Pretzel sticks

White chocolate*

Small marshmallows

Also helpful are a fork & some parchment paper

*I used a 12 ounce bag of chocolate. It makes approximately 25 -27 bones

There are a few ways to melt chocolate, but I went with easy.... the microwave.

Add chocolate to a microwave safe bowl.

Heat at 50% for 1 minute then stir.

Continue to heat 10 seconds at a time until it's smooth after stirring.

For my chocolate to melt it took 1 minute and 20 seconds total.

To assemble the bones:

Grab one pretzel stick & push two marshmallows onto each end.

The marshmallows stick pretty well, so they will only need a slight push onto the end of the pretzel.

Dip Your Bone in Chocolate

Lay out your parchment paper (or a non stick cookie sheet should also work)

Grab your fork and use it to lower your bone into the chocolate.

After your bone is submerged, remove it using the fork, and lay it on the paper (or cookie sheet).

All Done! Enjoy

After the chocolate has dried (about 15 minutes), they are ready to eat!
