White Bread Peach Cobbler
White Bread Peach Cobbler has always been a traditional dessert dish in our family for many years. It's the perfect mouth watering dish for family and friends to enjoy. Best eaten when warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Yummy!

Ingredients
- 2 (29oz) Can of sliced peaches in heavy syrup
- 7 slices of white bread
- 1 1/2 cups of white sugar
- 1 stick of margarine (real butter)
- 2 tablespoons of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of nutmug
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Deep baking dish
- Measuring spoons
- Preheat your oven to 345 degrees F
- Drain half of the syrup off of the peaches into a cup.
- Spray the inside of a deep baking pan with non stick cooking spray.
- Place the peaches in the bottom of the dish.
- Cut the trim of the bread off and proceed to cut the bread into about 4-5 strips.
- Line your bread strips on top of the peaches covering the entire top making a crust.
- In a mixing bowl melt the stick of butter.
- When your butter is melted pour you sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, egg, vanilla, and the rest of your peach syrup into the bowl.
- Whisk into you get a watery consistency.
- Pour the liquid over the top of the bread evenly.
- Bake for 45 mins until the crust is golden brown.
- Take the peach cobbler out of the oven, let it rest for 10mins and then serve.
