Cut Toilet Paper Roll Into Thirds
Cut Each Strip of Toilet Paper Roll in Half... Making an Opening
Put Glue on One End of the Toilet Paper Roll
Place String on Glue and Slowly Wrap Around Toilet Paper... Don't Leave Gaps!
To Change Colors You Put Glue Down and Cut Your Previous Color, Then You Put More Glue Down and Start Your Other Color, and Just Go!
Once You Are Done You Bend It Back to a Circular Shape
