Western Barbecue Burger
These delicious burgers will take you straight to the Wild West. With its own homemade patties you can prepare for the lunch of a lifetime!
Ingredients
You will need 1/4 cup barbecue sauce, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 2 pounds of ground beef, another 1/2 cup barbeque sauce, garlic powder, sweet onions, Olive Oil, slices of cheese, buns, and tomatoes.
Making the Pattie
Mix your ground beef, 1/4 cup barbecue sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Shape into round circles.
Making the Onion
Heat your trusty grill to medium-high heat. Lightly coat onion slices with oil, salt, and pepper. Grill onion slices on the heat for 3 minutes on each side. Slather them with barbecue sauce. Then remove them from the grill when they are soft.
Grilling the Burgers
Sprinkle the patties with salt and pepper, and place them on the grill for 3 to 5 minutes. Flip and repeat process. Slather them with barbecue sauce. Add cheese just before removing from the grill.
Preparing the Meal
Put the tomato slices on the bottom bun. Next put on your burger, onion, and top that with just a little more barbecue sauce.
