Wavy Waffle Cookies
I grew making these cookies when I was a little girl. My mom could leave me alone because there aren't too many steps involved and super easy to make.
First, gather all your mise en place together. You will need the following tools, measurements and ingredients:

Take your melted butter and sugar and stir them together until they are evenly combined.
Next throw in your cocoa, flour, and beaten eggs. As a side note most recipes cream the fat, sugar and eggs before adding your dry ingredients. With the Wavy Waffle Cookies you want to add the eggs with your dry ingredients to prevent the eggs from being cooked in case your butter is too warm from melting.
Stir in the vanilla.
I use a small ice cream scoop and spray it with a non-stick spray, while I am at it I also spray my waffle iron.
Take and drop batter in your waffle iron.
Cook for about 30 to 50 seconds depending on how hot your iron heats.
Here they are cooling away......can not wait to take a bite!
Once you have frosted the cookies, roll the edges in a bowl of sprinkles.
Pull up a chair and pour yourself a glass of milk and enjoy!
