Watermelon Summer Treat

We wanted to make a beautiful and healthy summer frozen sweet. My son loves 3 fruits: watermelon, apple and cucumbers. We decided to have all three in one treat which is easy to make and beautiful.

1/2 cup of sugar

1 lemon juice

1 cup of water

1 cup of watermelon cubes

1 peeled and cut green apple

1 peeled and cut red apple

2 peeled and cut cucumbers

1/2 cup of whipped cream

Melting half a cup of sugar, fresh lemon juice and one cup of water for 10 minutes to get a clear tasty syrup.

Cutting 1 cup of watermelon cubes, mixing with 3 spoons of syrup, and freezing it as the basic step of the watermelon frozen treat.

Pealling one red apple and one green apple, mixing with 3 spoons of syrup and half a cup of fresh whipped cream. Putting on top of the lightly frozen watermelon layer.

Pealling 2 cucumbers, cutting them to small cubes and adding 2 spoons of syrup. Putting the mix on top of the lightly frozen apple mix. Before putting it in the freezer add the stick!

you can make a stick with a watermelon peal so that the popsicle will not drip on his hands.
